"Our field staff from across Canada were
pleasantly surprised with the How To Give Great Customer Service seminar.
They’ve done various personality trait assessments in the past, but they
really connected and identified with the shape characterization for
personality assessment. It was entertaining but most importantly it will
resonate with them at each and every farm they visit for some time. Our
