Grant is a graduate of Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois, USA.

He has spoken to thousands of people over the past 25 years. He has also made a difference for people in small groups and one-on-one. He is an executive coach with VIP Executive Coaching and is the Director of the Fellowship of Executive Coaches.

As an IBM Business Partner, he includes an understanding of technology issues with a special focus on speech recognition and internet marketing technologies. He is the inventor of a patented technology system to allow patients to access their physician services online including prescription renewals in Canada.

His upcoming books include Fairy Tales For Life and Center of Influence - How To Change Your World.

They’ve done various personality trait assessments in the past, but they really connected and identified with the shape characterization for personality assessment.
